Evangelism & Outreach
Sharing Christ, reaching people and encouraging every believer to become a witness for Jesus Christ.
At Amazing Grace Baptist Church, evangelism is part of who we are. We intentionally share the Gospel, reach out to people around us, and encourage every believer to become a witness for Jesus Christ.
Periodic Evangelism
We regularly engage in evangelistic activities, including personal conversations and the distribution of Gospel tracts. Through these opportunities, we seek to introduce people to Jesus Christ and the hope found in the Gospel.
Family Evangelism
We believe that families have an important role in sharing the Gospel. Christian families can make Christ known through their relationships at home and among relatives, demonstrating the transforming power of the Gospel in everyday life.
Friendship Evangelism
We seek to share Christ through genuine friendships. By listening, caring and building meaningful relationships, we create opportunities to speak about our faith and demonstrate the Gospel through both our words and our lives.
Family & Friends Sunday
Our annual Family & Friends Sunday provides a special opportunity to invite relatives, friends and acquaintances to worship with us and hear the Gospel. It is a joyful occasion for sharing the message of Christ with people who may not regularly attend church.
Evangelism in Our Preaching
The Gospel remains central to our preaching. We proclaim the message of repentance, faith and the transforming grace of God, calling people to respond to Jesus Christ and live as His followers.
Evangelism in Bible Study
Our Sunday Bible Studies help equip believers to understand the Gospel, communicate their faith and engage others with wisdom, love and sensitivity. Biblical learning therefore becomes a foundation for effective witness.
Every Believer, A Witness
Evangelism is not the responsibility of a few people in the church. Every believer is called to be a witness for Jesus Christ in everyday life.
Through our words, relationships, service and Christian example, we seek to make the Gospel known and point people to the saving grace of God.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you,
and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and
Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Acts 1:8
