Serving the Church with Integrity
Within the framework of practising congregational polity, Amazing Grace Baptist Church is organised through a collaborative leadership and governance structure that supports the church's ministry, administration and mission while maintaining accountability to the congregation.
Management Team
The Management Team (Vorstand) provides the church's administrative and legal leadership. It oversees the execution of approved decisions, financial and administrative matters, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Church Council
The Church Council serves as a coordinating and advisory body, bringing church leaders together to support ministry planning, coordination, oversight and the effective implementation of church programmes.
Deacons
The Body of Deacons supports the pastoral ministry through practical service, congregational care and attention to the needs of the church community.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees contributes to responsible stewardship of the church's institutional, financial and property-related responsibilities.
